Project Overview
This project focused on refining the funding application flow with the objective to cut down user completion time and boost the number of registrations. By utilising insights from MS Clarity analytics and through interviews with the Client, Investment Team, and DD (Credit) Team, we addressed key challenges. The primary aim was to simplify the process while bolstering user trust in data integration.

Separated Term Sheets: Before and After visuals to depict the improved process
Pros: The 'Before' term sheet has been streamlined to just 4 steps, making portal entry more intuitive and clear. This ensures clients can follow steps with greater ease.
Onboarding Introduction: A new user guide highlighting the core features such as Wallet and Payment.
Pros: This introduction contains tutorials to walk the users through the key functionalities.
Consolidated KYC and Wallet Questions: In the revamped flow, users only need to provide their details once, eliminating redundancy and saving time.
